FUTURE OF REAL ESTATE IN CHARLESTON

Daniel Island has a lot going on all year round, and in the summer residents and visitors have a lot nearby to keep the whole family busy. Here are some of the top things to do and places to go on and near Daniel Island this summer.

Swimming at Community Pools and Hiking the Local Trails

Residents of the Daniel Island Community Association can choose from three community pools to swim at this summer – the Pierce Park Pool and Pavilion, the Scott Park Pool, and the Edgefield Park Pool and Crow’s Nest. Summer is also a great time to hit the 25+-mile trail system by bike or on foot and to enjoy everything the island’s parks have to offer.
